That was lovely old hotel set in very very nice area, close to the vineyard and local restaurants and sights and restaurants. The enjoyable breakfast had a wide array of meals and the food I tasted was excellent. The room was tastefully decorated and airy and what's more - included a shower, a hairdryer, and terry robes;))

I had an amazing stay at this charming 400-year-old manor house in the suburbs of Marco de Canavezes. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially loved the beautiful pool area where I was greeted with a tasty bottle of wine upon arrival. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire property was impeccable. The location in the Douro valley was absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by stunning scenery. The breakfast served in the stateroom was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great stay.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The place is absolutely magical, with a jaw-dropping atmosphere and rich history. Ines and her husband were super friendly and made us feel incredibly welcome. The mansion-house is mind-blowing, filled with intricate details that transport you back in time. We loved the cozy courtyard where we had a great breakfast with plenty of choices. The peaceful and calm surroundings allowed us to relax and unwind by the pool. We can't wait to visit this amazing retreat again in the future.

My wife and I enjoyed a delightful stay at Casa do Outeiro. The breakfast was exquisite, served in charming surroundings. Our hosts, Inês and Jose Maria, were attentive and made us feel well-cared for. Communication with them was smooth in both English and Spanish. The Manor House is steeped in history and features a beautiful chapel. If you're looking for good food, comfortable accommodation, and a spectacular setting, I highly recommend this hotel.
